Purchased, but cannot download episodes 2-5 – Back to the Future: The Game Review

I bought the multipack because it was on sale; but I cannot download anything other than the first episode. It keeps saying it lost connection. I have very stable/reliable internet on my phone and on my wifi. Tried other networks as well. Tried restarting my phone, network settings, and uninstalled/installed the game again. Nothing worked. It would also be advisable to update the app to handle devices that came out after 2015. It's understandable for it not to be full price if it's for advertisement, but it's not a good experience to have a cropped screen on both iPhone 7 plus and iPad pro.
