Can't install – Bikini Bob Map for Minecraft PE - MCPE Review

I would like a refund please. Please respond asap before I contact Apple. Loaded the program as instructed, yet Minecraft PE never shows in popover. MC is up to date. iOS is within range. Restarted all apps and iPad. Nothing. Refund please.
