Cannot download Episodes 2-5 do not buy – Back to the Future: The Game Review

I recently purchased Episodes 2-5 in app and every time I try to download them it freezes partway through. I have tried reinstalling the app and using a different network and that didn't help. I am on iOS 10.3.3 on an iPad Pro 10.5".
