pretty good overall – MiFrame - Collage Maker & FX Editor & Photo Frame from InstaCollage FREE Review

i really like this app because it doesn't put any type of watermark or sticker on your picture when you save it or post it online. it could definitely have some more options when it comes to frames and backgrounds and it would be nice to adjust the intensity of the effects but you can always use another app for that.
