Okay app – Skout+ - Chat, Meet New People Review

I like the app, but you can never get matches of people who actually live in the same area as you. Then you always see a lot of guys posing as women to talk to you! Its just creepy. I want to know why the app is so dead. Like you start talking to someone and then you never hear from them again. ? anyway, i just get on cuz I'm bored
