Game Crashes / freezes WAY TOO OFTEN – Mushroom Wars: Space! Review

You're only given 3 war spirits (lives) in the multi-player games. You lose one for getting beat or if the screen freezes or any other reason that you may lose connection (phone call, text msg, email, basically any option that your phone does) there is no way to get around that on our end other than to use a device for SOLELY playing MW. It does seem to only freeze or a connection loss when I am in the process of beating the top rated players. Don't get me wrong, this game is pretty darn cool when it's functioning properly. The IT people (or basically ANYONE from the company) don't respond to ANY questions or concerns unless it involves giving them money. I spent around $100 when the game first came out, but the quality has since dwindled immensely. I still play, but will never spend another penny on this game. After losing a war spirit, it takes an hour to replenish it for free. You're given 3(without purchases). So example of an upsetting occurrence- you turn game on, you lose connection in 3 consecutive games(somehow) - you've lost 3 war spirits, and cannot play again for an hour (at which time you've only replenished 1 war spirit.) there are no reserves. Please fix the numerous bugs & crashes that have affected the fun part of this game. 3star rating is for the fun aspect. Just too frustrated at quality of the games play to give more. (Freezes and not being able to correct connection probs) nor caring to address the situation when questioned about it.
