Scared to get it – AddMe Pro - Get Friends, Views & Random Video Chat Review

Is this considered a 3rd party app???? If I'm locked out of my sc again, i won't be able to get back in anymore ! Can anyone write a review saying it is or isn't ?? I don't want to risk it ! (1 star to attract attention)
