3 Days in and aaaahhhhh sleep!!! ? – Relax And Sleep Well Hypnosis Review

I have had insomnia for THIRTEEN, yes 13, YEARS. Tonight is my fourth night using this app. I slept the past three nights peacefully and deeply, and each day I've awoken to feeling optimistic and peaceful. Could just be the rest, maybe the hypnosis since I fall asleep WELL before the recording is ever done. Either way I don't care, because sleep.
