Confusing – Celebrity Hair Stylist - Summer Hairstyle Salon Review

I'm very confused with this app, it says 'hair stylist' but you can't even change the default hair, nor style, color, or do anything at all with the hair. It's a great app and fun to play, but I got it for the hair styling purposes and that did not happen for me. Am I missing something?
