What happened – Bingo Blast! Review

I just got a new iPad for Christmas. When I tried to open from the part where to choose the players, it kicks me out every time I try. What happened? I enjoy playing this game but now I'm not sure anymore. Any suggestions? I got it back where I can play with other players but I lost all my credits and everything else. I still want to continue and I need everything I earned back from playing for a long time.
