Can't use it it's a Rick rolling game – Characters & Symbols Review

There is no app. Every time I open it, I get redirected to a game and can't do anything but play the game. I just want a keyboard that I can add to my keyboards in the settings>keyboard>add new keyboard menu. Sigh...i know they exist. Somewhere.
