Don't understand a thing ! – Anime Live Wallpaper:Dynamic Background for iPhone Review

When I try to put it on my lock screen it does not move and i don't understand a thing And when you download it your supposed to click the button to the right of the heart buttoned a question does it only work for IPhone ??
