Why is site broken?!?! ** update 07/2017 – TrailLink: Bike, Run, Walk Review

*Update: updates to app recently have fixed the issue. Support was a great help for a technical issue. Now if we only had more Florida trails........? Hey guys, what is going on?!?!? When I first bought this app I was excited to support your rails-to-trails program. I bought map credits for the app, and starting a list of favorites to bike on. Now nothing works! Maps will not download after I have tried applying purchased credits. Site will not update. After I try to add a photo, at the end it says unable to download. Your organization doesn't mind sending me constant requests for additional money but you can't fix what is already paid for!! Not a great way to gain supporters.
