A Broken Murderous Tower, You'll Never want to Stop Playing! – Maze: The Broken Tower - Hidden Objects Review

The free trial is short, but there is enough for you to decide whether this psychological, horror lite game is for you! I LOVE the creepy genre of games, so this is a definite buy. We already start the game by becoming trapped in a desolate tower by a murderous, artificial intelligence computer called S.A.R.A. who asks us to comply for the Gehenna project. Also, our friend Ted has been kidnapped by the Tower, and we must search to save his "Pathetic Life" according to S.A.R.A. The HOPs have a nice variety, as well as more creative puzzles that I would expect from an amazing developer such as Mad Head. The game does not forget to include a few scares, tentacles grabbing your limbs, padlocks turning into eyeballs, and a creepy masked man chasing you throughout the tower. I love how our character has her own voiceover, so there are no awkward pauses in dialogue between "Characters." There are also choices that can be made within the game that lead to either you surviving or dying. The audio and visuals are spectacular although I would prefer if the character's mouths would move. You cannot talk with your mouth closed in real life, so this should be carried over to virtual life. I liked the fuse box puzzle towards the beginning of the game where you have to use all of the fuses when linking them based on color. The entire story is completely original and not a spin off of another game from other developers. AMAX, Eipix, and Elefun could definetly learn from Mad Head's originality. This is a great purchase, especially during the sale! I rate a solid 5 stars! We would love to have more members join, and we are also hoping more developers would respond to our requests to join!
