Very upsetting – Telos Second Phone Number App Review

I rated this app 5 stars until I started to purchase the minutes and was never credited. I went to the support team and they take FOREVER to respond claiming I never sent a receipt of proof, which I did. I lost so much business in the two days I tried to take care of this issue, which never got resolved. Very disappointed with the service I received. Will not download again.
