Big problem! – World at Arms Review

I can't play because the game has froze and wouldn't progress. Meaning for instance I order new power ups and units and when I come back to collect them i see I'm back to the point before I ordered them! I'm also stuck in a nameless faction that I can't leave. I can't communicate with any of the members. Nothing works at the moment. Please help!
