Does not reliably display bikes – Spin — Electric Scooters Review

The map displaying bikes does not refresh without restarting the app. When it does refresh, it displays bikes that don't exist. This is not a matter of the bike being taken before I got there. I could see the location where the two bikes should be. Also displays an error banner stating that Spin is not available in my city. Two stars because it does display some bikes accurately.
