App ok, but content and notifications not – D23 Expo 2019 Review

This app is ok, but having attended many cons for both business and fandoms, the content lacks critical bits of information like "You need a ticket for the Pete Docter signing - pick that up @ x o'clock," and the notifications are nil. Notifications that could help you understand if the D23 hall is full and, if not, which sections are... How about wait times for the shops that had longer lines than new E-ticket park rides?! Tableau conference organizers and app manages this brilliantly, by way of example. Somewhere a decision was made to critically understaff this con. The too few staff who are available are under-informed. Fine, turn a profit... but the app could have solved for a lot of problems, frustration and confusion lack of staff created. If only it could manage lines, too.
