why are they still in business?! – Cape Cod Times, Hyannis, Mass. Review

THREE times since mid-June we tried subscribing and have yet to receive home delivery. my wife got a "free 2 week trial" she signed up for... 2 (issues) days later there was a hand written note on our paper advising "this is your last paper". How & why are you still in business?
