No money back – Mopar Drag N Brag Review

So I love his game I bought the cash so I could upgrade my cars the I had to reset my phone and delete the game and now I can't get the cash back and I pressed restore purchases I have spent over 45 dollar on this game and now I don't have any 1 star for now but if u guys help me fix this I will give it 5
