Doesn't connect well – FURBY CONNECT World Review

I just got a Furby connect and it wouldn't connect to the app. It would have to load for half an hour and then it will not work after that. Tho, it worked on my sister phone when she was playing. It looked really fun and I hope I can fix this problem.
