Crashing often when loading areas or encounters on map – The Bard's Tale Review

I hope they fix it quickly. It is difficult to play when it randomly crashes when loading a new area or encounter. I have to go to save locations often and repeat walking a lot. I posted a trouble email tot he support line but haven't heard from them yet.
