Ok because there isn't anything better – Prêt-à-Yoga Lite Review

It runs through a basic sun salutation so I get that it's quick. But you should be able to slow it down if you want to hold the position longer. Also, it's hard to use the head phones and keep the phone with you and move freely. I wish you could just set it down and hear it in the speaker. I ended up finding a YouTube of some yoga and I do those instead. Overall, needs work, but it's free.
