Tapping or moving on some levels doesn't work – 100 Floors - Can You Escape? Review

I've had a very hard time getting some levels to register my taps or swipes on my iPhone 7 Plus. How I'm on Halloween level 1 and it usually doesn't recognize a swipe and never recognizes a tap. All other apps work, so I know it's not my screen. Until this is fixed, I can't play any other Halloween level.
