How to rate this a ZERO?! – Swift Photo+ File Transfer App Review

Wasted so much time trasfering from computer to iPad ....looks all good...NOTHING ACTUALLY GOT TRANSFERED AT ALL!!! No error messages saying something is wrong. Thanks for wasting my time. Where's the ZERO star?
