Non existent customer support – QuickVoice2Text Email (PRO Recorder) Review

I bought the pro version because of the speech2text option. However, I haven't been able to do it. The tutorials on the web show an screen from an older version. I have been waiting from an answer and still waiting. Can someone help me and show me how it works? Thanks I get a screen "audio sent for conversion" Where?
