Zero support! – City Story Metro™ Review

My "goals" clipboard (the area where you go to follow instructions as the "mayor" in or to earn coins, etc.) disappeared about a week ago now. I contacted support to request help & the response email was an immediately closed ticket stating they don't have the ability to address individual issues so I should refer to the forums. FYI: I obtained the email address for support from the "FAQs/help" section after reading through everything & determining that my question was not answered & reading right there to contact them at their email if unable to find the answer to your question!!! So...infinite run around?! Thanks for NOTHING!
