No sound – Provata VR - Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Review

It could be a great app, but I am unable to get audio on iPad Air or iPhone 5c. Customer service was great but unable to fix the problem. Apparently, my equipment is too old. 3 of the 4 friends who tested the app were also unable to access audio. I hope they fix this. Other than that (critical feature missing), it could be good.
