It's Okay – Blurred lite - Create your own custom blur wallpapers Review

This app is okay I guess. Still don't know why we have to rate this just so we can be able to use the blur effect... It kinda keeps kicking me off the app and it gets annoying with the ads popping up almost every 10 seconds. This app could be better.
