nothing happens – The Ebook Converter Review

I have to first transfer an ebook to Dropbox, then figure out how to get it into the ebook converter app. Then when I click on the convert button, the screen stays on converting. I have been waiting 15 minutes for the conversion to complete, on one small ebook. A support link would be nice.
