call without full contacts access (surveillance risk) – BiP - Messenger, Video Call Review

Application doesn't let to make phone calls if you don't give full contacts access. I would like to make phone calls only dialing the number myself. It was possible before but not anymore. Turkey is a country known with surveillance activities and Turkcell is currently under government's control. I hope this application has not been developed to collect citizen's contacts.
