Customer Support Wasn't Helpful – Freeletics Gym Review

So, I tried the app for a few days and thought it showed promise. Got the Coach Subscription and it was not useful at all. I decided to deactive my account but I still got charged. Customer Service said to contact iTunes instead and that the charge would still stand. The workouts available, are extremely basic. The stretches never change and the workout list is not actually very helpful. If they added more variety and better routines, it would have been worth it.
