Nickel and dime you – Halftone 2 Review

This app is not much in itself. It costs just as much as Procreate, an app where I can making comics, but has barely the features as procreate. And then they have the nerve to have you do in app purchases for more of what's barely there. They don't even have screen tones. I'm currently finding it useful for the fonts and the actions sounds.
