Game unable to start – Punch Hero Review

The game had forced me to close and delete/redownload countless times, but it gave me the same error every time "Warning: Unlawful Activity. Modifying program information will result in legal prosecution please delete the program and try again." No matter how many times I restarted it or deleted and reinstalled it gave me the same message when I started it up, even tho I had done nothing other than click download.
