Cannot find a way to load Minecraft PE icon? – Bikini Bob Map for Minecraft PE - MCPE Review

I see that you have installed an easy install guide, but the guide takes you through the "must" purchase map add-on, which assumes your MPE icon shows up when you tap "Install map". I have spent 2 hours trying to figure this out for my daughter, and I'm just over it now. May I please receive a refund? Thank you.
