Poor customer service to satisfied customer – WedPics - Wedding Photo App Review

Although the site was nice to have everyone download the pictures, there was no way to edit your order if a mistake was made and customer service said there was nothing they could do once the order was submitted. UPDATE: After some explanation with Webpic management, my issue was resolved. I'm still waiting on my prints, but I'm sure they will be fine. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
