Not working properly – Fuzel Collage Review

The app is not working properly on my iPhone nor my Galaxy. Can not do the challenges an error comes up. The freebie is from months ago. I have contacted customer support and have not received a reply. I enjoyed using this app and would like to be informed as to what is happening. I am able to create a collage. I get teased with new challenges and cannot play nor purchase new apps. I look forward to being informed as to what is happening.
