Skeptical – Prey Find My Phone & Security Review

Why are people rating this app if they have not needed to use it yet? I am only writing this in response to positive reviews vs one bad realistic one. So far all the positive reviews are only general ones and no one has had an actual experience to where this situation was positive. The negative one said this app didn't work for two weeks and customer service roughly sounded like it was ran by a bunch of indifferent teenagers. So I am skeptical. As a result I will download other anti theft apps too because I am not convinced this one works based on the reviews. I'm guessing half of the positive ones are people tied into this business.
