I love the CCM drills app! I started ice hockey late, 25 y.o., and my teammates and myself have noticed an extreme improvement from my first game to now. I would have progressed much slower without the aid of this drills app. The videos are concise, helpful, and you can personalize your own playlist to warmup or train a specific area.
