Could have been great! – Jackpot House Slots Review

I absolutely love the graphics and variety of slots in this app. Gameplay is smooth and payout amounts and frequency is great. For all these reasons I would have given 5 stars. Here's the problem. I am not exactly sure what dollar amount triggers this, but I started noticing it when I had around 9+billion coins. I hit a big win which put me at over 11+billion. I was betting max @ 100m. I spun twice with both being losing spins which should have deducted 200M from my balance, it actually deducted around 2billion. Then I really started paying attention and sure enough after sizable wins it subtracts large amounts from your balance. I took screenshots and contacted support twice. To date no response whatever. That's the part that really pisses me off. These developers create apps for which they get cash and then don't want to be responsive when there is a problem.
