Garbage. Bought pro version but... – GIF Creator - Best Gif Editor to make animated Gifs and Meme for Messages & Facebook Review

I bought the pro version in app upgrade but it doesn't change to pro version. I hit restore purchase and it does nothing. I even tried to buy it again and it says "You have already bought this. Will restore purchase for free." but still does nothing.
