Adding a neighborhood – My Town : Museum Review

Can you make a whole app called MyTown neighborhood with a bunch of new updated houses and new people and clothes I would also like it if you could make a MyTown water park with a wave pool , lazy river, tons of slides, places to eat, and a gigantic bucket that pours down on people's heads if you could make one of these apps I would be so happy
