Great game but I lost all of... – Gravity Switch Review

It's a great game but one day I lost ALL of my progress; (I still had the achievements in Game Center but not in the game) And I contacted your customer support about 3 months ago, and still no reply... So I deleted it since there's no point for me to play it anymore and I still have yet to receive a reply on the customer support.
