Waste of Money – TouchOfColor Review

Don't even bother with this app - ColorSplash is a million times better. When you pick the color you want to keep, other colors also stay in the photo as well. You have to use an adjustment slider to dissolve or heighten color, and it either adds too much of the other colors or subtracts color from even the color you've chosen to keep. I'm highly disappointed.
