Life changing... – Space - You Need a Breather Review

I was addicted to so many apps ... Instagram, twitter, Facebook. I would seriously check my phone every 5 minutes (at least). It was getting in the way of my every day life but this app changed that. By taking a few breaths I could slow down and be more present in the real world. Love this app would recommend to anyone/everyone!?
