Super buggy – CARROT Wellness Review

Attempting to select my second reward and it keeps telling me there is an unknown error. Not sure if it's the amazon card I'm trying to pick or all the cards that would result in error, but I've been trying for 3 days to make the selection with no luck. When I try link out to the FAQ website for an answer or some contact email, their site has never loaded. On another note I really don't like don't like that it only counts steps and rewards are based on that. If I go out mountain biking for 2 hours, I'm doing a lot more work than taking 10000 steps. Sure, they have gamified step counting by tying monetary rewards to it, but where is the incentive for people to actually exercise?
