Good without hogging disk space – US Weather Tracker Free - Weather Maps, Radar, Severe & Tornado Outlook & NOAA Forecast Review

Other apps may be fancier, but this gives me the maps that I want while taking up only less than 16MB of space. It seems less prone to bugs.
