I can't sign in – Draw Rider Plus Review

I can't seem to sign in to my account any more. I also can't create a new account. I've selected many names that should be available, but it always says Chose a different name. With my account it says "Unrecognized username and password" even though the day before it worked like a charm. Please help me with this.
