So helpful! – Lose Weight Hypnosis Review

I've only used this a few times, but it's already so much easier to make healthy choices. My usual cravings don't sound very good to me and I am eating smaller portions without making much effort. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is I always wake up right away at the end even though I have the music prolonged and would love to just drift off.
