cannot delete app – Roundabout 2: City Driving Sim Review

Found this app downloaded on my daughter's iPad and want it deleted but it will not delete in the normal fashion of toggling the icons and tapping the x. How come this app won't delete? Also the picture on her iPad is different from the app picture as it appears I. The App Store today showing a red car. Did something glitchy happen with the download??? HELP PLEASE!!
